Late Payments

Taxes

User Obligations

Access and Utilities

Protection of Property

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties except as expressly stated in the contract. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Results may vary based on existing property conditions, which may not be fully apparent until work begins.

Limitation of Liability

General Limitation

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the contract value or €50,000, whichever is greater.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Damage to personal property not caused by our negligence
• Delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Termination

Termination by Client

You may terminate the contract with 14 days' written notice. You remain liable for costs incurred up to termination and any cancellation fees.

Termination by Company

We may terminate if you fail to make payments, breach these Terms, or if continuation becomes impractical. You remain liable for all costs incurred.

Effects of Termination

Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed and materials ordered. We may retain possession of project materials until payment is received.

Dispute Resolution

Negotiation

We encourage resolving disputes through direct negotiation with our management team.

Mediation

If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation through the Dutch Arbitration Institute.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
